Financial Aid

FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment conducts the financial need analysis for St. Agnes School. Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by May 1 for the following school year. Applicants may also apply online at www.factstuitionaid.com. FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment requires the following information:

  • Signed and completed paper application
  • Payment for the $20.00 application fee
  • Copies of your most recent tax forms, including all supporting tax schedules
  • Copies of your most recent W-2 form for both you and your spouse
  • Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation and TANF
