

St. Agnes students give service as a safety patrol. Duties before (A.M.) and after (P.M.) school assure the safety of children coming and going from the school. Patrols are asked to be on time during the weeks assigned. Check back here for regularly updated schedules.
Think safety first.
Be prompt. Your duty begins at 7:40 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Be prepared.
A.M. Patrol – open car doors safely; help students out carefully to help traffic flow; set out cones; greet persons cheerfully.
P.M. Patrol – set out / pick up cones promptly; help direct traffic flow. Think safety first.
Assist teachers on duty. Listen and follow directions. Be prompt; be prepared. Remember, as the weather gets cooler/colder, proper clothing is needed.
CAUTION – avoid visiting with duty partners. Your job is important for the short time you are there. Think safety first.
You model quiet, courteous, and safe behavior for younger students.

All 7th and 8th grade students are expected to serve during the school year. The 6th grade students will serve patrol duty with 7th grade during the later portion of the school year.
* Please notify Ms. Harris or Ms. Rang, as soon as possible, about absences/appointments that may cause conflicts during your weekly duty period.
